Activate Placental-Derived Allograft is comprised of the amniotic and chorionic membranes, and includes the intermediate (spongy) layer of the placenta. It is designed as a barrier or wound cover and is minimally manipulated and dehydrated. This product is terminally sterilized to help ensure safety and is intended as a natural biologic wound covering or skin substitute for cutaneous wounds.
The Activate Placental-Derived Allograft is a dehydrated, minimally manipulated product comprised of the amniotic, chorionic, and intermediate (spongy) layers of the placenta.
It is specifically designed to function as a barrier or wound cover for various cutaneous wounds.
To help ensure patient safety, this product is subject to a high-level process of terminal sterilization.
